The chalet Wilhelmina was certified with 5 stars of the Swiss Tourism Association. But Wilhelmina is not only a top address in Arosa.
With his neighbor house Ella it stands 2.000 meters high on a plateau above the village. Two locations with a spectacular panoramic view, directly near the ski area. You start with the ski lift in „Prätschli“ and get right into the ski resort. There you will find the „Fun Park“, that was established and build in 2009 regarding to the Snowboard World Cup. „Prätschli“ is also the start for the illuminated toboggan run. Within five minutes by walking you can get to the children’s ski school and illuminated cross country ski trail. Or you take the bus for one station.
In summer “Prätschli” turns into a fantastic green mountain idyll with its unique mountain flowers and chocolate brown cows. You can buy fresh Alpine milk, cheese and yogurt directly on the "Alp Maran", which is only a few steps away. There is also probably the highest 18-hole golf course in Europe and good restaurants can be found within walking distance.
The chalet is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours with rest areas for picnics, swimming or relaxing. You can reach the village easily with the free bus shuttle service, as well as the free cable park, the upper lake and the swimming pool with its beach volleyball courts.
